Is there any additional fee to update my wedding chart?

Yes. There is a $20 fee for any changes made after the approved final file have been send to you.

How long will it take my order?

Our current turnaround is 24 hours or less. During this time you will received a draft for review. Once the draft have been approved, you will received the high resolution final file to your email address with basic information.

What is your shipping method?

Always Free Digital Shipping. Unfortunately, physical shipping is not available but it will be announced when we are ready to ship.

What is your Refund Policy?

What payment methods you accept?

We gladly accept Credit or Debit Card Payments and e-Checks through Paypal. When paying with an e-Check, please note that no work will begin on your design project until the e-Check has cleared through Paypal. This will delay your order 3-5 business days.
